REGARDING SERVICES FOR HOANO WELLNESS

In 2020, I received new credential in Health/Wellness/Life Coaching and Reiki Energy Healing.

I am using them in blending Lymphatic Services with a Lifestyle Wellness Consult/Energy Healing

and for those in Post Op Recovery as you redefine and realign yourself to enhance optimal well being.

These combo service offerings are taking women into doing deeper change work on a level of habits, belief and identify shifts. I utilize my experience as a somatic healer of 23 years and life /health coach training to offer powerful healing in building a relationship to body, mind and spirit for women. I support women who are starting over or moving through important life/health change and transition to expand their capacity for self love and self care. 

For post op recovery:  For those who are post op you many want to learn about my Integrated Wellness/Health Coaching blended with Lymphatic work packages. This helps women post op to be supported not just on a physical level, but also in optimizing your recovery from a whole life/whole person approach as you optimize healing and recovery. (virtual options available)
